We at RISE UP are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Kloodle, a platform dedicated to showcasing and tracking young people’s skills and character development. Through this collaboration, our participants will gain access to Kloodle’s innovative platform, allowing them to document their progress, build confidence, and evidence their skills as they take the next steps towards meaningful employment.
At RISE UP, we are committed to breaking down barriers to employment for 16–30 year-olds, particularly those from care-experienced, BAME, and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. By working with Kloodle, we are ensuring that the young people we support have tangible ways to demonstrate their personal and professional growth, key attributes that employers value beyond academic qualifications.

Through this partnership, our participants will be able to create digital portfolios on Kloodle, capturing their achievements, reflections, and skill development. This not only provides a structured way to document progress but also enhances employability by giving young people a clear, evidence-based narrative of their capabilities.
